If you're teaching locally and haven't yet checked out the content produced (so far) by the Saugus teachers and National Park rangers as part of the Teaching American History Grant (TAHG) project, you definitely should do so.

More lesson plans are being added all the time (in a variety of formats), and now even the template used to originally create the lesson plans is available for download.

The online Saugus TAHG resources are available to everyone.  As they cover local sites all over the Northshore area they should be handy for teachers outside of Saugus, too.
