You have always been there for the citizens of Saugus when it comes to extra taxes of any kind.  You set up a family scholarship fund and gave money to the less fortunate.
You and your family are always there helping to get a organization, a needy person or family raffles to raise money.
You have been involved in markting for over 25 years and Business Week and other magazines have named you one of the most brillant business person in the country.
Mike you gave up your job as General Manager of Fanueil Hall in Boston, as you did not want to travel and leave your family and the Citizens of Saugus who depend on you.
Mike you want to build a new high school and if possible middle school in one location and sell the land that the high school is now on for about $50 million dollars.  There are only a few locations in Saugus that can be used.
Have you and the school building committee looked at land on Route 107?
Can a middle-high school be built there?
Mike there are some cities and towns that use a formula that would decrease a senior citizens property tax based on their income.  Have you heard of this method to keep senior citizens in their home?
Mike there  are meal tax's in other states, why is the Massachusetts House of Representatives not passing Governor Patricks Municiple help aid to cities and towns package?
How can the Town of Saugus build new much needed school buildings, hire new public safety employees, open a west side fire station, hire more teachers, replace computers, books ect. with the revenues that Saugus now takes in?
Our census determines state and federal grant money, also how much money we will get from the lottery.  Can you work with the 4 other selectmen and send around paid and or volunteers to get a more acurate count of families and individuals who live in Saugus?
Thank you for changing the water and sewer charges.  My current bill went down by $200.
My family believes in recyling, we try to only put out one bag of trash per week.  If the revenues were to go towards the hiring of employees in all departments, I wouldn't mind paying a small pay as you throw trash fee.
