Please use Internet Explorer and not Firefox. This is a Power Point presentation. On Tuesday, November 26th @ 6:30 PM the committee will meet on the second floor of the town hall to finalize the report prior to presentation to town meeting.

Essentially Saugus has not been adhering to ADA requirement whenever we improve our roadways. As a result our sidewalks are impassable and dangerous for the disabled and elderly. Ch 90 money is now available and about to be voted at Town Meeting. These funds can be used for sidewalks.

Compliance with ADA is not an option. If you have comments that you would like to be part of the record please send them, prior to November 26th,  to:
