A man from RecycleBank by the name Anthony Casali has contacted me regarding our posts on Saugus.net and would like to come to town and speak to me regarding their company. I plan to call him Monday and I will get more info from him then, in the interim I thought I would inform everyone RecycleBank is in the following communities in MA. Southbridge, Sturbridge, Charlton, Webster, Dudley and Leicester. I have read on the internet that RecycleBank guarantees each community a 30% savings and YES, they get a piece of that. I have also read where the homeowner pays a small fee to use RecycleBank ($4.50 per. month) Just like anything there are pros an cons for everyone and the only way for us to find out more is for RecycleBank to come to town and to speak to our officials and I am working on that. Our trash contract will run out soon and the opportunity could not be better for Saugus to look outside the box for once. I will keep everyone here updated as I receive more info. Thank You
