A by far more effective law would be to force people to buy less

To keep people from foolishly purchasing a never ending supply of bottled water

To keep people from buying foolish lawn decorations and plastic throw away items

To keep the never ending flow of Christmas Tree type nick nacks from entering our area

In short if there was less trash being purchased our disposal pain would decrease accordingly
