By now you've probably heard that there will soon be a sequel to the popular local book, "A Gathering of Memories:  Saugus 1900-2000".

We have extended the original deadline for submissions for this new book, so if you've written something interesting (or want to write something interesting) please let us know.  We're still actively seeking content related to numerous topics including (among others) parks & playgrounds, the big annual picnic on the Lynn Fells Parkway, the local lobstering industry, and basically all the topics mentioned earlier on both Saugus.net and the Saugus Blog on LiveJournal which we're not going to repeat word-for-word here.
